It's Easy

At first you may try too hard. Or worry "Am I doing it right?" Don't! We've done all the research and work for you. Just listen and then let the words go.

Daily

There are seven sessions including an "induction" session explaining the how to and what to do. We suggest listen to the "induction" session only on the first 3 days and then each session after that daily.
